The CombiForce® is a High Speed Mixer which creates an excellent homogenous mix of liquids and powders in a very short process time. (think about 30 seconds till 2 minutes) We do not use mixing shafts, blades or impellers. By the combination of the powerful dual centrifugal forces, the centrifugal mixer removes all air bubbles from your product. High viscosity products or middle viscosity products are no problem anymore. A perfect quality- and a smooth homogenous mix will be the result.

Viscosities of thousands of mPas can be done easily with one of the CombiForce® high speed mixers. CombiForce® is an excellent mixing tool for any R&D department or small production. With this fast laboratory mixer you will shorten your process times to almost 1 minute or less. Cleaning is not needed by using disposable cups. The CombiForce® planetary mixer is available both in Deep Vacuum- and Cooled versions.

CombiForce® model CF2

The new CF2 Centrifugal Planetary High Speed Mixer has been developed according to latest demand from the laboratories using two centrifuging cups, allowing researchers to save a great amounts of time in the lab. Also, one of the major benefits is the cleaning aspect of the mixer. Since the material to be centrifuged is placed in disposable containers, after the cycle ends, the machine is ready to be used again without requiring cleaning.

Several products require mixing under vacuum, removing micro bubbles from your product. For this purpose we supply a new vacuum model CF2v . The CombiForce High Speed Vacuum mixer is able to achieve an excellent homogeneous and smooth mix of liquids and powders in short lapses of time. Between 30 seconds up to 2 minutes. It guarantees the removal of all micro air bubbles from your product of middle- and high viscosity materials.

The CombiForce® Mixing Technology.

The CombiForce Mixer is a High Speed Planetary Mixer that can mix very complicated liquids and powders in two seperate mixing containers in a very short time. This mixing process is mixing without using any mixing shafts, mixing blades, impellers or propellors. The additional advantage is that you do not have to clean the mixer after your mixing process when using the disposable cups. Getting the best uniform homogenous mass is through the combination of different speed ratios, centrifugal G Flow Forces, and the position of the mixing cups at an fixed angle of 45° degrees.

Blue arrow
The outer peripheral speed (revolution speed) mainly removes the foam and air bubbles from the product.

Red arrow
The inner peripheral speed (rotation speed) provides the intensive mixing effect.

And if micro bubbles must be removed from the product, you can order the deep vacuum option mostly used for extremely high viscosity products.
